Terms & Condition:

 

  • 50% Service fee payable for all units returned under "Estimate Not Approved" inspection charges.
  • Your unit shall be delivered only upon producing this receipt
  • Delivery against cash, credit card, payment gateway.
  • Storage charges at Dhs2/- per day will be levied if delivery of the repaired set is not taken within two months from the date of repair slip.
  • The equipment must be collected within three months from the date of this receipt.
  • The company reserves the right to dispose of uncollected sets after three months.
  • Telemart warranty does not cover abuse water logging and accidental damage.
  • Telemart warranty excludes batteries, stylus and all consumables and cosmetic parts.
  • Service center is not responsible for any data loss and customer are advised to take proper backup for their data before giving for services.
  • Accessories shall be accepted unless the device cannot check without the accessories. in case of such requirement, accessories given along with unit needs to be recorded. No claims whatsoever, during delivery of unrecorded accessories shall be entertained.
  • Once estimate is approved the unit shall be delivered/collected towards the approved charges. 
  • Estimate given is a provisional estimate and the variation to the level of additional 30% shall be allowed without further approval.
  • The Repair voucher/online request is valid for only six months (180 days) from the date of issue
  • Subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court of UAE
  • Goods will constitute a line for payment of service charges.
  • The repair is warranted for 30 days from the date of delivery against defective workmanship however parts requiring further replacements are to be paid for.
  • Customer have to accept all mentioned terms and conditions and details.
